Members

Membership in the Occoquan Forest Owners Association (OFOA) Amenities is open to anyone living in Occoquan Forest, including renters. It is your collective voice to services provided by organizations like VDOT, Prince William County, and local utilities. OFOA advocates and works to keep our neighborhood in the very best condition. OFOA keeps the Forest looking great and operating effectively and efficiently. In turn, this keeps our neighborhood desirable and your property values high.

Associate Membership is offered to our closest neighbors — those who live in the Lake Forest and Twin Lakes communities.  Associate Memberships carry all the same benefits as resident Memberships except voting rights.

Amenities membership is $265/year, starting July 1 and running through June 30 (the OFOA fiscal year). Payable by cash, check or credit card.
